Our mission is to sincerely face the challenges that arise on-site and provide support with our technology and people.

OPT Corporation supports customers’ production sites through field engineering work for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and the training and dispatch of personnel to support it. In manufacturing sites that change daily, problems arise one after another that cannot be solved by manuals and technology alone. That is why we consider the judgment and response ability of our experienced engineers to be of the utmost value, and we value their ability to accurately observe “what is happening at the site” and respond appropriately.

At the same time, we are not just focusing on technology, but also on creating an environment where people can feel safe and can demonstrate their abilities. We strive to build honest communication and fair relationships from a neutral standpoint, without bias towards either the site or the company, or the company or staff, so that everyone involved can work positively and with a sense of satisfaction. We believe that the human resources that support the site are the “treasure” of a company. We believe that drawing out the vitality of our workers and giving back to the site is both our responsibility as a company and our responsibility to society.
