We provide integrated support for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, from assembly, wiring, adjustment, trial operation, parts installation, cheating, gas liquid supply, test run, and delivery. With a focus on TPS equipment, our engineers have the technical capabilities to deal with various equipment manufacturers and plenty of on-site experience to respond quickly and flexibly and support the launch of stable equipment operations.

Equipment maintenance personnel dispatch
We can dispatch personnel to maintain equipment at factories. Our experienced staff will provide high-quality support for equipment maintenance, inspection, and improvement work.
